Rosarito Ensenada Bike Race September 2019

Come Ride with Five Star Tours from San Diego to Rosarito Start Line and return with us from Ensenada finish line.  We will offer the following services: Round Trip Transportation to Race and Return with extra perks  Check in at 6:00 AM Leave San Diego at 6:30 AM  Drop off at Start in Rosarito Beach by 8:00 AM  Return from Ensenada that evening.   Transportation is operated by Five Star Tours. We owned our equipment!  We will offfer on race day:  Motor Coach Transportation  Bicycle Transportation secured  Continental Breakfast snacks at check in ( Complimentary Coffee, muffins and OJ)* Transport of personal items to finish  Bicycle security at finish line  Our Bus will depart at 6:00 PM from Ensenada finish line.  CHECK IN TIME: 6:30 AM- Saturday, May 4, 2019 LOCATION: Balboa Park, Inspiration Point parking lot. Next to the old Naval Hospital ont he south end of the park.  We will be in Rosarito Beach by 9 AM.  The ride officially starts at 10:00 AM. Bring a small backpack for your personal items and post-ride attire. You may leave it on the bus and retrieve it at the Finish line. Bottled water & Gatorade will be available to you in Rosarito Beach. All of the shops & businesses along the route will be open during the ride, so bring a few bucks for a taco or a soda along the way and lunch & stuff in Ensenada. Everyone accepts US dollars @ 18 pesos = $1. Small bills are best. We’ll meet you in Ensenada. Our finish line pickup location might have changed from previous years so bring the map & directions that you received at the morning check-in. You may leave your bike securely with us for the rest of the day and retrieve the bag you left on your bus seat. Then take off and enjoy the fiesta party and the shops and restaurants of downtown Ensenada. The famous Hussong’s Cantina and Pappas & Beer are a 10 minute walk away. Showers are available at a clean public shower house just a short walk away, for about $3.00. If you want one, bring a towel, as they sometimes run out. *** You will have to exit off the vehicle entering and exiting Mexico to declare citizenship *** *** Please remember that border wait times vary and we do not have any control over them.  Also, departure times might vary by 15 minutes.  Riders who do not arrive by 6:15 PM will have to find transportation on own.
