Come practice with me as we dive into YOGA with classes focusing on flexibility and upper body strength!!
LOCATION: River Sports Climbing Center
TIME: Mondays at 11 am, starting May 7th
It's going to be a bit tough, but super beneficial for climbers or those interested in increasing their flexibility and working on their strength with their own body weight!
