Ride Like a Girl (RLAG) Lake Crabtree County Park
Women s only all skills mountain bike ride held every Tuesday evening at 6:00pm.
All women are invited to join these rides regardless of skill, speed, or fitness level.
These are no drop rides meaning no rider is left behind. We will divide up into groups to include beginner/casual, intermediate and advanced. Regardless of your speed or skill level, whether this is your very first ride or your 3000th ride, there will be a group for you.
Each group will have a leader and a sweeper.
Speed and distance of each group will vary depending on the desires of each group.
I am always looking for more ladies to help lead groups. I will need ladies to lead and sweep intermediate and advanced groups. I will lead the beginner/casual group. Message me if you d like to help lead a group for this weekly ride. You do not have to commit to every week. Just let me know which weeks you can help.
Trails are suitable for all skill levels. Smooth flowy trails with slight up hill and down hill grades. All features have ride-arounds. You MUST wear a helmet. Please bring water bottle/hydration pack, snack if you will need one, and a spare tube, pump/CO2.
**If you are new to riding and have any questions at all feel free to message me and I will help you in anyway I can.
Meet time: 5:45pm
Ride starts at: 6:00pm
We will meet in the BOAT RENTAL parking lot. It is the 3rd parking lot on the right across from the park office. There are restrooms available here.
NOTE: When trails are closed, ride is canceled.
