This yoga class includes gentle movement meant to help the body find more space and strength, breath work to bring peace to the mind and heart, and mindfulness tools for everyday life. The teacher checks in with you at the beginning of each class and then the class is tailored to your unique needs.
Suitable for all levels, ages, and abilities even if you have never done yoga before! Some yoga mats will be provided but attendees are encouraged to bring their own.
