• What we'll do
Maddie will take the class through specific restorative yoga poses to help relieve stress, tension, and pain in our bodies. This class is donation based and open to everyone. No experience is needed. Please bring a yoga mat or towel, comfortable clothes and an open mind.
Space is limited, so please sign up ahead of time.
