Restorative Yoga with Ambient Guitar

Come rejuvenate in this highly restorative experience with the accompaniment of guitar. No experience necessary and all levels are welcome.

Your body has the innate ability to heal, restore, relax and renew through the practice of restorative yoga.

Restorative yoga requires that you do nothing other than relax in a pose, which is designed to bring support and relief to your physical body, enhance the quality of your breath, and soothe your mind.

This special, 75-minute session is accompanied by the soothing, ambient music of Michael Mair.

During this session:

• We will ease excess accumulated tension and remind the body of what it is to let go.

• Restorative Yoga props will help support you relax into the gentle poses designed to soothe the nervous system.

• We will rest in each pose for several minutes and we will use breathing techniques to activate the relaxation response in the body.

• Includes a guided meditation.
