Join us for a lunch and learn workshop focused on developing healthy and respectful relationships with our children.

Join specialized psychologist, Sarah Bren, as she leads a discussion around how to cultivate foundational parent/child bonding and how to foster independence, curiosity, and self-directed play & learning in even the youngest of children.

Learn how to use basic caregiving routines as opportunities to connect with children rather than sources of conflict and power struggles. In addition, learn how to set expectations that lead to more satisfaction and less frustration, and develop a language for talking with children that creates secure attachment, linked to positive mental health outcomes later in life. This workshop will also help you understand developmentally appropriate milestones and natural development of gross motor and fine motor skills.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided. Registration required. Limited capacity.
