Internationally-renowned pianist and pedagogue Daniel Shapiro returns to Resonance to present a recital featuring Schumann’s passionate landmark pieces, the Symphonic Études and Davidsbündlertänze, op. 6. Shapiro, whose performances and recordings of all thirty-two Beethoven piano sonatas have been critically acclaimed, will also perform Beethoven’s Piano Sonata, op. 27 no. 1 as well as two preludes by Debussy.
