Resiliency Moving Beyond the Baggage: Women of Color Empowerment Conference

What is baggage? Baggage, be it emotional, financial, physical or otherwise is something we hold on to. It holds us back and keeps us from living, reaching our goals and experiencing our dreams. So in short we need to let go of that baggage. When we are transparent with ourselves we can acknowledge our struggle through owning it.  All of "it". The "surface" baggage that we easily claim as well as the "unclaimed" baggage tucked away in the crevices. Use this day to make a commitment to begin to let go of some of life's most difficult baggage.
