Updated course to better reflect today’s market.  This is a new course number so can be used for clock hour credit even if you’ve already taken my previous class.

We will go over:

•  Proper ways to complete the contract
•  What is meant by the different line items, common addendums used
•  Common mistakes that agents make

This class is required for new members within 90 days of joining the SAR and must be taken by all residential agents once every four years.
