Homeowners Association (HOA) Class: Best Practices and Budgeting
In these 90-minute classes the Neighborhood Services Office invites experts in the field of HOA management to provide important information on topics essential to the success of an HOA. Board members and HOA residents are invited to attend these free classes. Several classes are offered throughout the year on various topics.
This class will discuss how to accomplish the Board’s goals using the Eisenhower Method. If your Board feels like a hamster on a wheel never getting anything big done but just running in place responding to broken sprinkler heads and difficult owners – this is the prefect class for you! We will show you how to prioritize your urgent and important tasks, so you get things done. We will also cover budgeting and the nine steps to help simplify the budget process and preparation.
Free Legal Questions & Answers and legislative updates.
