The goal of this seminar is to help tax professionals identify and address (a) implicit and explicit bias against Limited English Proficiency taxpayers and tax professionals and (b) best practices for promoting sensitivity to cultural and other differences that affect tax controversies. The IRS panel members will also discuss current Internal Revenue Service (IRS) diversity and inclusion initiatives.
