Join the IOP as we welcome Congressman Adam Schiff (D-CA) for a virtual conversation with IOP Director David Axelrod.

Currently in his 10th term in the House of Representatives, Rep. Schiff is chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. Schiff led the committee through an inquiry that resulted in the impeachment of President Trump last year and served as lead impeachment manager during the subsequent Senate trial, drawing both a media spotlight and President Trump’s public ire. Now, Rep. Schiff comes to the IOP to discuss Congressional oversight of the Trump White House, the House’s role in responding to the COVID-19 crisis, and the country’s way forward through the November election.
