Hello Everyone! And welcome!
Id like to welcome you to enjoy a wonderful Saturday evening for Renew Sound bath meditation. This event is for us to gather together to practice self love in nature
I start the event with a light Yoga/Stretching. Then move into a teaching on self love-/self care and connecting with your inner happiness and relaxation with the incredible sounds of Crystal singing bowls (sound bath)
