RELC: Paternalism, Power Hoarding, and Individualism

Join us on Friday, March 22nd, 9 am - 11:30 am (with time for breakfast at 8:30), for another Racial Equity Learning Community (RELC) Event! This year we are continuing our journey into Dismantling White Supremacy Culture (WSC). Each session of RELC we will be diving into a group of specific aspects of WSC. This session will focus on Paternalism, Power Hoarding and Individualism.

Together we will begin to identify the insidious ways that these aspects can work together and show up in your organizations. These aspects can be particularly harmful by creating an organizational culture in which people struggle to work effectively together as a cohesive team.
