Orientation at Relay Graduate School of Education allows newly accepted graduate students in our Master's of Art in Teaching (M.A.T.) program the opportunity to learn about our institution's history and place in the education world, bond with future classmates and colleagues, and prepare to enter the classroom. Graduate students will also learn to navigate our technology platforms, prepare to become certified in New York State (Trans B and Initial Certificates), and engage with our innovative curriculum, which is 40% online and involves submission of classroom teaching footage and other creative assessments.
Note that attendance is mandatory for all incoming Class of 2019 graduate students prior to class in the fall semester.
