Reiki Level 1 Training Weekend

This will be an immersive weekend retreat delving into the art of reiki! Taught by James Bene, this weekend has the power to contribute to real change, self discovery and soul purpose. Become a certified reiki level 1 practitioner and jump on the path to true healing and balance! 

Reiki first degree is focused on teaching a student everything they have to know about the art of Reiki. Here, you will be taught what Reiki really means and what it can do for you. It is the time where masters will give you an in-depth description about Reiki. This includes where it came from, how to give it, and the proper way of using it. After all the concepts are taught and your mental, emotional, and physical nature is thoroughly prepared, hands-on self healing practice will take place. 

Upon completion of the first degree Reiki training, you will know how to use the Reiki energy for self-healing. This same energy can also be channeled to help other people, more specifically friends and family. First degree Reiki will also stimulate personal and spiritual growth as well as self discovery!

This level is for those students  who wish to heal, want to discover Reiki, learn about metaphysics, enhance meditation and experience a wonderful healing and cathartic weekend!

- Introduction To Reiki Energy

- History of Reiki and the lineage of Dr. Mikao Usui

- Practice the reiki precepts

- The proper and traditional way to invoke reiki 

- Reiki Level 1 Attunment

- Shielding energy techniques 

- Understanding the chakra system

-  Reiki self healing techniques and exploration

- Learning the 12 basic hand positions

- Intuitive exploration

- Guided Meditation for opening third eye energy

- Learning the basic reiki table protocol 

- Completion and certificate of Reiki Level 1 

- Prep for the 21 day reiki detox

​Gain a unique perspective on how to navigate the chakra system when it comes to self-healing as well as in the healing and treatment of others. You will learn how thoughts become reality as the basics metaphysical arts are discussed.
