During this workshop, attendees will learn the fundamentals of designing a post-rehab fitness program and how to integrate various concepts of fitness and the physiological impact of dynamic movement to a treatment program. Anatomy, physiology and kinesiology are examined in depth to provide a greater understanding of the body. It will also prepare you to be able to provide a more comprehensive home exercise program. As a bonus, upon completion of the course, you will option to sit for the ISFTA Rehab Fitness Specialist Exam at a discounted exam fee of $99.00. Those who decide to utilize the voucher and pass the exam will receive a certificate identifying them as a Certified Personal Trainer.
