Refresher & Sibling Class Bundle

This class bundle includes the one-time, 3.5 hour Childbirth Refresher Class and the one time Welcome Baby Sibling Class.

The Childbirth Refresher Class is for women who have given birth previously.  We will cover what to pack, signs of labor, coping techniques, hands-on comfort measures, labor positons, birth preferences and informed consent, and ideas for sibling integration and postpartum planning.

Many families need support for siblings with a new baby. The Sibling Class is designed for you to learn about integrating the new baby to the mix, together with your children. Come to class with your older children and learn ways to welcome the new baby, how siblings can help with the day-to-day tasks a newborn requires, transitioning to a family of four or more, and how to prepare children for the birth of their new brother or sister.  The class will focus on what to expect, the changing family dynamics, challenges with older children such as toilet training and sleep.  

Select a Sibling Class to attend - you may attend the sibling class whenever it fits your schedule, prior to, after, or in the same month you attend your Refresher class. The children will paint a onesie for the new baby and create a big brother/sister tee shirt for themselves. They will also receive "I'm the Big Brother/Sister" certificate upon completing the class  This class is appropriate for kids 2 and older.  

For this bundle you will pick the date of your refresher class and during checkout you will pick the Saturday for your Sibling Class. You can choose to attend the Sibling Class during the same month as your Refresher class, prior to or after your Refresher class - whatever fits your schedule.

And now for the fine print...Because our classes often sell out, we do not offer refunds or transfers for non-medical reasons, so please be sure you can attend the class you register for! If you choose to register for class that will begin after 37 weeks, there are no refunds if your baby arrives beforehand.
