Mindfulness-based therapy group for queer & trans folks in recovery
Recovery can be a challenging process; however, it can also be an opportunity to heal, grow, and make positive changes in your life. If you are a queer or trans person struggling with addictions or an eating disorder, you are not alone.
Together in Recovery is a therapy group designed to support you in the recovery process. Each week, we will explore a tool from DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and engage in a thoughtful, supportive discussion to help you process your experience. In this group, you will learn effective new coping skills and build meaningful connections with other queer & trans folks in recovery.
Insurance is accepted and scholarship slots are available. Please contact rafi@queerasterisk.com to discuss payment.
