RECHARGE + RIDE FOR A CAUSE 

WOMEN ONLY: we will be taking a 45 minute spin class and then recharging after with Erika Elizabeth Elixirs, Healthade Kombucha mocktails, Primal Kitchen bars, and other goodies! You will be hearing from a boss babe entrepreneuer Ninette Wasseff who started Chrome Cycle all by herself, Erika Elizabeth sharing her knowledge on health and wellness as well as her AMAZING elixirs, and Nicky sharing her story about her connection to cystic fibrosis and Lunges4Lungs, the charity we will be donating a portion of the funds to! 

A little bit more about Lunges4Lungs from our speaker: 

Cystic Fibrosis (CF), a genetic disorder that primarily affects the lungs, has no known cure. Mallory Smith lived her life with CF, which eventually required her to undergo a double-lung transplant. Lung transplants are incredibly dangerous, with the highest mortality rate among single organ transplant operations, and the chance of rejection is even greater in CF patients. 
Mallory and her friends wanted to reduce the occurrence of rejection for CF and non-CF patients alike, so they started Lunges4Lungs, a fundraiser for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's transplant initiative. So far they have raised over $110,000 to fund research, and while Mallory passed in November 2017, her friends continue to carry on her legacy to ensure future patients have a lesser chance of rejection.
Come join us Saturday May 5th at Chrome Cycle, where we will ride in recognition of the hardships others face. An hour to look beyond the scope of every day chores and worries and instead thank our bodies and our breath for what they do for us each day. An hour to ride for those who are unable to, so we can help them overcome obstacles they shouldn't have to face alone.
