These free-flowing movement meditations provide a welcoming, inclusive space where you can quiet your mind- recharging by spending uninterrupted quality time in the intuitive, feeling, emotive part of your Self.
No need to have any rhythm or know how to dance...each person does what they are feeling inclined to do... sometimes laying still, sometimes moving or dancing, sometimes swaying gently, nurturing one's self. The format will loosely follow 5 Rhythms dancing, developed by Gabrielle Roth. We will connect together at the start of class, then put on the music and let ourselves experience move, dance, lay still, or interact as we feel moved to. At the end of class, we will come together for a brief time of sharing. This is truly a soft, unique way to unwind, relax, and rejuvenate our spirits- come try it out!
All you need is curiosity, an open spirit, and a desire to practice self-care! No spectators, no rules... just us and the music. A 'must-try' for everyone!
