About the entire event: This is an introspective-based workshop led by Relationship Coach & Speaker, Alexandria Thibodeaux, combined with an elegant lunch of handcrafted, stunningly beautiful herbal lattes, delightful finger sandwiches and decadent, Cuban desserts prepared by creative-extraordinaire, Annette Miro Ojeda.
My sweet baby boy Herman will also be there! He's a 40lb border collie-blue heeler mix and is a very gentle and friendly boi who will be THRILLED to meet you but will also be tender and sweet. Future therapy dog for sure.
About the workshop: Believe it or not, your identity may be more than what you think it is. Often times, many of us simply go through the motions of all the norms that we’re taught: societal, cultural, and heritage.
How can we understand ourselves if we don’t first know ourselves? Let’s get to the core of your identity and awaken your cultural renaissance because it may not be what you’ve always thought.
This workshop is for the open-minded person who wants to be enlightened by their past, present and future and learn to navigate life from a place of self-acceptance as a means to behave, communicate, conduct, and represent ourselves as individuals and in interpersonal relationships with fierce integrity, unwavering self-respect, and complete authenticity.
This in turn, allows you to create meaningful, fulfilling, and secure interpersonal relationships.

About the rest of the experience: This workshop is held in one of the most beautiful locations imaginable. Realm is an event and photo studio with a loft vibe and filled with abundant, natural light, 18ft ceilings, white-painted brick, and gorgeous furnishings. To top it off, Annette is adorning this beautiful room with flowers and other magic to create even more sensory delight. Guests will also get to take home an original, handcrafted, & unique souvenir from her clothing line, Black Currant Shop!
What to wear: An ensemble that makes you feel the most YOU, the most authentic. Whatever makes your feel empowered, but also comfortable enough to sit on the floor at some point. So a comfortable & authentic power outfit!
What to bring: An open mind and appetite. AND brownie points if you bring a dude. Not enough men attend personal development workshops, which is a shame because they deserve inner-growth as well! Let's break down some gender, societal, and cultural norms, shall we?

Where is REALM located?
Please type the address of the venue into your navigation - don't type in "REALM Denver" because it won't route you correctly. This venue is located in a parking lot surrounded by brick warehouses.
It's located in the Clayton Neighborhood, just east of RiNo and north of City Park. It's nestled in between York & Steele. Address is 3851 Steele St, Unit B, Denver, CO 80205
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
I the best way to find REALM is by entering the parking lot via Private Street, which you turn on from York St.
Entering Via York St.
From York turn into the Inner City Health Center, which has a yellow "private street" sign and is across from the Coca Cola building. Continue until you reach a stop sign and take a right into a parking lot. Follow the one way signs in the parking lot to the left around a brick building. Continue straight between two yellow posts and we will be the building right past the yellow posts - we are on the corner. You have arrived!
Entering Via Steele St.
When you enter from Steele, you will pass the Denver Human Services Building on your left. Continue and you'll see brick buildings straight ahead. Continue until the warehouses end, and take a left - they're on the corner closest to the park. You'll see a REALM sign hanging above the door entrance but ALSO --- I will have a KITE FLYING in front of the door - be on the look out for it! :)
