Jerry Davies, a long time member, is a CPA and shareholder with Davies & Kerr Consulting, Inc, an accounting, tax and consulting firm. Jerry has a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Accounting. He has 40 years of experience, working with individuals and small businesses on the most advantageous way to set up the accounting for their business using the most automated technology. Tax planning is also a big part of the equation because taxes are the second largest expense for most businesses.

Jerry started out as a real estate investor buying his first investment property at age 19 and purchasing millions of dollars in property by his early twenties. The proper structuring of real estate deals is critical to maximizing profit, because the tax laws are complicated, constantly changing and are such a large percentage of the equation.

A prior Realtor and real estate investor for over 30 years helped develop a keen understanding of the proper structuring of real estate deals to minimize or eliminate taxes, maximize profit, and safe guard your assets.

Memberships: of AICPA, prior director for Suncoast Toastmasters and North Tampa Chamber of Commerce, director Suncoast Real Estate Investors Association and is a Quickbooks Certified Professional Advisor.
