Michael Sakamoto, Global Business Development Manager, has been with UL for 6 years, starting as Market Development Manager role with UL Environment and currently managing the transition to the UL/IEC 62368-1 standard with the Consumer Technology Division. Michael brings electronics industry experience from spending over 18 years with Sony Electronics, launching new products and managing distribution into new channels.

Bob DeLisi, Principal Engineer, Wireless Certification Division, has been with UL over 25 years, involved in all facets of the UL EMC/Wireless business from testing to lab management. He participates on ANSI Accredited Standards Committee C63™ and is the Vice Chair of Subcommittee 4 for Wireless and ISM Devices. He is also a member of the IECEE’s Committee of Testing Laboratories Expert Task Force, CLT-EFT 10 for EMC. Bob is the Vice Chair for the Long Island IEEE EMC Society Chapter. Bob holds a Bachelors of Electrical Engineering and is a NARTE Certified EMC Laboratory Engineer.

Nicole Tatum, North America Global Market Access (GMA) Manager, has been with UL for 19 years helping customers navigate the global regulatory landscape. Nicole and the GMA team assist manufacturer’s by identifying product compliance requirements in order to gain product entry or acceptance into their target markets. Nicole has an electrical engineering degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
UL will provide an overview of the changes between the R&TTE Directive and the Radio Equipment Directive, including timelines, standards transitions and documentation changes. 
We look forward to seeing you for a day filled with insightful discussion with each other and our team. UL will allocate time at the end with a panel of subject matter experts to engage in an open discussion!!
