How can we access and become familiar with the true nature of our mind? What are the essential steps and pith instructions needed to experience the essence of the mind?
Rabjam Rinpoche will give instructions on an approach to meditation based on a poem-text written by the late Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche, one of the foremost Tibetan Buddhist masters of the 20th century.
HIs teachings will explain how to establish the correct view, work with the endless arising of thoughts, and gain confidence in the inherent wisdom qualities of our mind. These instructions have proven to be invaluable to both new and experienced meditators.
Since Rinpoche seldom travels to the Western Hemisphere, this is a unique opportunity to receive teachings directly from him in an era when it is so deeply needed.
There will be time allotted for questions and answers following the talk.
Doors open at 6:30pm, teachings begin at 7pm. Please be prompt, so that everyone is in their seats before Rinpoche arrives.
