This class is open to all levels from beginers to experts.  Quantum Yoga Integrated empowers individuals and groups to live a optimal and balanced life by integrating different healing modalities into your yoga practice, promoting self healing, balance and connectedness.
Quantum Yoga Integrated we will practice and follow the ancient yogic sciences, pranayama (breath) Asanas(postures) (Mantras) and Meditation. All while integrating healing Modalities to promote healing, balance, self exploration and connectedness.
The healing powers of Crystals, Singing Bowls, Essential Oils, Chakras, and herbs are Integrated in your yoga practice to empower you to connect to your mind, body and spirit.

Quantum Yoga Integrated offers you the ability to experience a knowing that everything is interconnected, by integrating different healing modalities into your yoga practice you begin to understand how the mind, body connection works. Therefore promoting optimal healing, balance and connectedness to all of life.
Quantum Yoga Integrated offers classes every week on Tuesdays and Thursdays on the ranch for an hour from 7PM till 8PM.

Classes will be held on the ranch in an atmosphere surrounded by nature, animals and serenity.
