QTP WRITE OUT HIKE

We are excited to combine both hiking and journaling for this meet up. Being in the outdoors is a great way to escape the daily stress and pressures of living in the city. Hiking can an be a time of silent reflection and meditation. Join us for this combined meet up by Jay and Frances of QTP.

We will enjoy our short hike, of connecting with nature among community. Please bring a snack, or sack lunch with plenty of water. You will need your writing utensil and notebook.

There will be plenty of shade where we will be writing, and we will be close to the water. The trail is rated as an easy trail, running shoes will be fine to wear for this hike, or hiking shoes. This is an out and back 1.4 mile total hike.

We will be discussing the importance of finding the quiet moments while hiking to both reflect and reset. During the hike, chatting is always welcomed! We will also break into small groups if the size permits, to discuss our writings (if desired) and ways we enjoy connecting to nature for better clarification in our everyday lives.

Please park near the mission trails visitor center. We will be meeting right in front of the center.
