Please join us every second and forth sunday of the month at Glenside Ale House from 10 to 11am for our "QI - STRETCH- SOUND VIBRATIONS" CLASS hosted by Tiffany Guma (Full Circle Aesthetics LLC) with live music by Gabriele Guma. This class is a blend of stretching and Qigong that will relax you, invigorate you and heal you. After the class , enjoy a delicious beer!!
