Python Immersive is a one - week coding bootcamp that was specifically designed for people who have never coded before. The goal of this course is to build a fundamental understanding of Python programming and to get you started with coding on your own.
We provide aspiring learners with cornerstone knowledge of programming and the core structure of Python.
We provide you with the tools you need to develop an A-to-Z knowledge of Python programming form, as well as foundational knowledge important for any person who codes. We spend a great deal of time on built-in data types and their behavior, and Control Flow Statements, which are both essential to programming in many languages.
Furthermore, we show how to professionally structure your programs and solve the real world challenges by creating objects in Object-Oriented Programming. As we explain all of these concepts, we also point out and discuss the most common coding interview questions and demonstrate the best programming practices in real professional life.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THIS COURSE
This is a one-of-a-kind, practical course. We start coding 10 minutes after we install Python on your computer, and our goal is to get you started coding on your own as soon as possible. With the help of our instructors, you can start coding without the fear of hitting a wall.
A TYPICAL DAY:
A typical day in our Python Immersive starts at 10 am with a recap of the previous day, and completion of previous exercises. Lecturing on new topics takes about two hours and starts at around 12 pm. We strongly believe in learning by doing and practicing. After lecture, students work on programming exercises with instructor guidance. Around 3 pm, students present and discuss their work with instructors and gain useful feedback regarding alternative solutions and best practices from instructors. We keep our class sizes small – around 3-5 people per class – so that everyone can get one-on-one attention and be able to ask as many questions as needed to gain the best understanding of the material possible. Python Immersive is a registered trademark of Practical Programming.
