Amuse bouche: Green Pineapple Blueberry Smoothie

Appetizer: Crab Cake with Citrus Remoulade Sauce (Vegan)

Main Course: Shrimp & Grits (Pescatarian)  

Dessert: Grilled Peaches with Cinnamon Mascarpone Cream

Wine Pairing: Bellini (Peach Puree and Champagne)

Instead of the same old rigmarole brunch conversation experience how small changes in your meal routines can give you more energy, lose weight, sleep better and be healthier over your lifetime.

Spend your afternoon doing something different and fun. You will help to prepare the brunch while drinking bellinis.
