PTSA's Annual Dodgeball Tournament - POSTPONED INDEFINITELY, DATE PENDING

In light of the recent events and recommendations by the CDC, PTSA is indefinitely postponing the annual dodgeball tournament in the interest of our participants’ safety and wellbeing. We will keep you updated as we know more information about a new date for the tournament. In the event that the tournament is cancelled, we will still be making a donation to the National MS Society and will continue the tournament next year.

DODGE DUCK DIP DIVE & DODGE to benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and UNTHSC's Physical Therapy students!

Thank you for registering for PTSA's Annual Dodgeball Tournament! This is a fundraising event to benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and assist UNT Health Science Center Physical Therapy students to attend State and National conferences. We thank you for your participation and look forward to seeing you on the court!

Details:

WHEN: 9 AM, Saturday April 25th

WHERE: CERA 3300 Bryant Irvin Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76109

Ticket includes:

- registration to double elimination dodgeball tournament (guaranteed 2 games)

- 1 t-shirt per player *only guaranteed if registered by April 8th @11:59 pm*

- 1 ticket per player to enter door prizes from sponsors across the DFW area

OPTIONS: You may register for the event individually or as a team. You must have a team to register. Please see tickets for further information.

Rules:

- participants must be at least 18 yrs old

- teams are made up of 7 players MAX with at least 3 girls

Be on the lookout for an email regarding rules as we get closer to the event. There will also be a waiver from CERA that each participant is required to sign before playing.
