You have to know how to protect your energy to navigate the world effectively. It may seem simple, but most people have no idea where to start. As an empath, you are more aligned to feel the “drain” from others’ energies. Not any more. It is possible to show up in the world as the leader that you are without the emotional hangover.
For the past ten years, I’ve trained spiritual seekers, coaches, therapists, teachers and advanced healers these powerful and protective tools and now I’m offering this foundational workshop for you!

with recycling and protecting our energy.
This is a foundational Ascended Healing workshop where you learn easy tools to protect your energy and how to intuitively set yourself up to stay high vibe.
Energy protection can be accomplished with your intention and awareness; therefore, it integrates as part of your “being/frequency” where you know you are always protected. This is considered alignment with your Divine Intelligence system.
Your Divine Intelligence is where your mind, body and energy system align and operate as one through the process of activation and attunement.
Jessica will teach you the following in this workshop
- Clearing and Protection: Recycling Energy
- How to work with the 4 Archangels of direction for protection
- Resources, Visualizations and Tools for Protection
- Space Protection Set up (for home, office, vehicle, and anywhere else)
- Space and Self Protection Ritual
Jessica will hold space for a Live Q&A to answer your questions for energy and protection, lead you in each exercise to practice, plus offer hands-on activation as she guides you through a protection meditation.
Please bring a water bottle, journal and pen and if like a coy blanket to sit on floor. Please dress comfortably as we will be sitting on floor and moving around. There will be chairs for those who do not want to sit on the floor.
