Techniques include: automatic campaigning, un-tapped farming, Crazy Van, Mobile Open House, how-to earn hassle-free referrals, and other novel approaches to finding your next client.

DISCLAIMER:
The Realty Schoolhouse (#8011) is administering the Georgia Continuing Education (CE) credits for this course. To receive credits, students must attend each CE session, must be on-time and stay until the end. No refunds are offered to students who cancel, are absent, late arrival, nor early departure.

All students must be on-time and present for all in-class hours in order to receive credit for this course. Roll call will be conducted at the beginning and end of each session, and after all breaks. Post-license and Continuing Education students will not be able to make-up missed hours. Students may only receive credit for a specific course once every twelve months. If you have already received credit for this course within the last twelve months, you are invited to attend, but will not receive credits.

No recruiting for employment opportunities for any real estate brokerage firm is allowed in this class or on the school premises.
