In addition to a full day of programming, we want to make space for anyone to share ideas and projects with the community. We will set up Show & Tell Stations, a Processing Community Cafe, and a Community Open Mic Session for participants to sign-up on the day of the event. Every conference pass includes access to all lightning talks, entries to two workshops, performances, and the after party. The package also includes a lunch box (vegetarian / vegan options available), all day coffee & snacks, and PCD / Processing / P5 combo stickers.
Children under 12 will gain free entries to PCD @ Los Angeles. Children's diet varies widely at different age, therefore we would like to ask you to either bring lunch boxes for your children on the day of the event, or order PCD @ Los Angeles' children's meals when purchasing your ticket.
PCD @ Los Angeles provides free on-site childcare, and access to a private room for breastfeeding and pumping. Once ticketing opens, please make sure that you fill out the ticketing survey to let us know the number of children you plan to bring and whether you will need on-site childcare and access to the breastfeeding facility.
Our entire day of programming is open to all ages, however the Epic Play! track is specifically dedicated to children, teenagers, and adults to participate and collaborate. Teenagers and children are welcomed to present at the Show & Tell Stations, the Processing Community Cafe, and the Community Open Mic — sign-up sheets will be available on the day of the event.
All children under 12 years of age must be accomodated by a parent or a guardian throughout the conference.
All lightning talks will include real-time captioning and be live-streamed over the Internet. Our venues are wheelchair-accessible, and we will provide reserved seatings for attendees with mobility devices.
