Prince William Health District Capital Fortitude Exercise

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Prince William Health District Point of Dispensing (POD) Exercise. This exercise is part of the National Capital Region's "Capital Fortitude" full-scale exercise. During this drill, trained Prince William Health District staff and volunteers will assist volunteers from the public (that's you!) through a simulated medication dispensing site at Metz Middle School.
This exercise is intended to evaluate Prince William Health District's ability to provide critical services during a disaster, specifically dispensing life-saving medication quickly to residents.
How to participate: Complete the eventbrite registration. More information about where to report will be provided only to those who register through this eventbrite.
POD doors will open and the exercise will start at 1:00 PM. Once you process through the POD, we invite you to come through again! Our exercise will run for 1,5 hours.
Please note:  Please note – this is only an exercise; there will be no actual disease-causing agents utilized during any phase of this exercise. No medications or invasive treatments will be administered at the POD. Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an *****.  This exercise will take place rain or shine.
