Come connect with yourself, your baby, and other expecting moms! This will be an ongoing class Tuesday's from 6:30-7:30pm, Saturdays from 9-10am. Taught by certified prenatal instructor and birth doula, Kayla Kronfeld. All necessary mats and supplies will be provided, just remember to wear or bring with you comfortable stretchy clothes!
