Prana Reiki Certification Levels 1 and 2

Learn energetic healing through the principles of Reiki. Reiki is a wonderful introduction or addition to the world of complimentary wellness for oneself and others. Advocates of Reiki often refer to this complimentary therapy due to it's ability to promote relaxation, balance energy levels, and speed up the natural healing process within our bodies. Practitioners of Reiki often comment that this modality helps one connect and expand their intuitive nature. Level 1 attendees will learn about the fundamentals of Usui Reiki, learn what Reiki Energy is and how to use it. Attendees will also be introduced to chakras and breath centered awareness that begins their meditation practice. You will receive your first attunement and will be taught how to practice with friends and family and on yourself with the daily meditation and hand positions. In Level II, you will learn a deeper meaning of the Reiki symbols and how to use them. You learn additional techniques for providing Reiki to yourself and others. You receive a Second Degree attunement and practice the techniques learned during the course. This course deepens your growth and spiritual development and prepares you to practice Reiki as a professional Reiki practitioner.
