Practice Yoga Online with Jenna [Thursdays]

Hi everyone!

At this time, a mindful practice is more important than ever. Being mindful can help us work through challenging times, create joy & fulfillment, and can be a space for peace.

Every Thursday, at 5pm, I ll be teaching a live yoga class that is donation based. Donation based means that you can pay what you want- $0 is totally fine too.

If you ve never done yoga before, this will be a great place to start.
