Powhatan Music Festival
Powhatan Music Festival brings a stellar lineup for "One Day of Music" to the Village Meadow – 3920 Marion Harland Ln, Powhatan VA 23139, Saturday, June 22, 2019. Gates Open at 11AM and Music starts at 12PM and ends at 7PM.
Parking is FREE! This beautiful outdoor venue with grass field is located only 35 minutes from downtown Richmond right off RT60 (Anderson Highway) in the Village of Powhatan County.
The incredible ARTIST LINEUP for 2019 features Maddie Leitch , East of Hollywood, PumpHouse Blues, Kyle Davis and The Commonwealth Bluegrass Band.
Local wineries and breweries will be in attendance along with your favorite food vendors. This will be one day of libations, music and food you will not forget.
Powhatan Music Festival is a family friendly festival and welcomes families of all ages. What should I bring to the festival?
Yourself & Your Friends of course!
And to make sure you enjoy your great day of music, bring a CHAIR or BLANKET, SUN HAT,SUN BLOCK and your cool SUNGLASSES! Don't forget your designated driver!
What is allowed into the event?
YOUR TICKET! Blankets and low back chairs are permitted. You may not bring in your own coolers. Per Health Department regulations, no food is allowed to be brought into the festival site. Small umbrellas are okay but only behind the sound board. NO tents or shade structures allowed. SORRY , NO PETS .
All bags entering the Festival site are subject to search. No outside alcohol, no drugs, no glass, coolers and no weapons are allowed into the festival site. If you have medical equipment, such as insulin supplies, please inform the security personnel performing the search.
Who Needs a Ticket to Enter?
Everyone needs a ticket to enter including Artist, Staff and Volunteers that are 10 years of age & Older. Children under 10 Years admitted FREE! (Excludes VIP)

General admission ticket holders are allowed to bring chair and place in field first come first seated!
VIP EXPERIENCE TICKET
VIP ticket holders will have a VIP viewing area of stage with Tent for shade, non-tent area for YOUR CHAIR , FREE water during festival and special festival gift!

ADA PATRONS
Our site is a rural outdoor festival. We strive to make the site available to as many music fans as possible including those with disabilities. Nearby parking, and handicapped-accessible port-o-johns will be available.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Parking is FREE at the festival grounds. We always suggest to car pool & RIDE TOGETHER! It really does make it more fun. Uber also operates in this area, although not real fast. Bring your designated driver too!
Are Service Dogs Allowed
NO pets. Powhatan Music Festival abides by ADA guidelines for owners of Service Dogs/Pets.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
YES! To ensure that your check-in is easy, please bring your printed ticket with you (cell service is not always reliable). If you are a Vendor, Artist, Media, or Partner, please check with your festival contact on general check-in procedures.
