Powerlifting classes are still up and running. In light of what’s happening with COVID-19 epidemic we’ve decided to limit class sizes to no more than 5 people. Class price will be $30 per person for either Tuesday or Thursday classes. With your purchase of a Tues/Thurs class, the immediate Sunday Group Fitness Class will be free.

We’re screening everyone who comes to the office. If anyone has symptoms of cold, flu or allergies we’re asking for you not to come in.

We will have class from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM Tuesdays and Thursdays.
