In this workshop, you will be guided through meditations and techniques to help you connect with your inner healing capabilities. By learning the basics of spiritual healing and energy healing, you will begin to understand that we all have the capability to allow Divine healing energy to flow through us and we all have the capability to heal ourselves.

You will learn specific tools and techniques to move pain and stress out of the physical and emotional body.

During this workshop, you will also be guided through a group healing exercise which will allow you to experience your own inner healing.
After this workshop, you will be able to incorporate daily action steps to facilitate your own inner healing process as well as hold space for others who may also need your support in their healing journey.

ABOUT CHRISTINA:
After several years of going through my own healing journey and discovering my life's purpose, I am honored to have found my life's purpose. There are several types of healing modalities, and while all of these modalities are after the same results, I focus on spiritual and energy healing while incorporating crystal and aromatherapy into the mix.

In this workshop, I will not only guide you through the tools of healing, I will share my story with you and show you the basics of what this healing looks like.

Make sure that you arrive for class early, so that we can let you in. Enter the building on the second floor. Go up the outside stairs (right or left side of the building) on the front of the Little Creek office building. Enter the double doors at the center of the building. The space is located in the center of the building on the left in Suite 275.
