Join the Power Coalition for Social Justice Day at the Capitol!

The Power Coalition for Equity and Justice is a non-partisan, non-profit statewide civic engagement table that works with our partner organizations to shift power back to the people of Louisiana. Together, our coalition partners organize in communities, fight for policies that support Louisiana's families, and increase voter participation by building support structures for community activism and voice.

Social Justice Day is a chance for citizens to speak to their legislators and advocate around issues that impact their families and quality of life. We anticipate the event to focus on Census, Redistricting, Voting Rights, and education on other policies that impact our communities.

Together, we will continue to build power and a lasting statewide infrastructure that continues to move the needle on the persistent systems that drive poverty and inequity in Louisiana.

Lunch will be provided, but space is limited. Hurry and register today! For transportation needs outside of the New Orleans area, please contact Kat Walden at kwalden@powercoalition.org.
