Pout Pro Artistry Course

Pout is excited to announce our Pro Artistry Course! This series of intimate workshops will be taught on location at Pout, by none other than our co-founder, Lipsticknick, as well as special guest instructors. This 10 week course is perfect for anyone regardless of experience or skill level!

Each week, Lipsticknick will focus on a specific topic and look and do a live demonstration for the class. After each detailed demo, every student will have an hour to practice executing the look on their partner, incorporating hands-on feedback from Lipsticknick.

In addition, Lipsticknick will take you through her entire kit and show you how to organize and sanitize like a pro! She will break down all aspects of makeup artistry and teach you how to master your craft, from minimal men’s grooming to full drag transformation.

Classes will be once a week, every Monday, 6-10 pm. First class is Monday, June 8th and the last class is August 10, 2020.

Week 1 | JUNE 8 - Sanitation, Setting-up Station, Consultation & Color Matching

Week 2 | JUNE 15 - Highlight & Contour, Brows Placement, Symmetry, Extreme Glam & Natural Glam

Week 3 | JUNE 22 - Eyeshadow 101 Blending, Styles & Color Selection

Week 4 | JUNE 29 - Smokey Eyeshadow Styles, Dark Eyes, No Fallout & Nude Lip Pairings

Week 5 | JULY 6 - Red Lip Wing Liner Techniques & Cleaning Up a Red Lip

Week 6 | JULY 13 - Red Carpet Glam (recreate tear from magazine)

Week 7 | JULY 20- Cut Crease Techniques, Soft vs. Hard Cut

Week 8 | JULY 27 - Drag Makeup (brow cover, drawing new brows, manipulating the eye shape)

Week 9 | AUGUST 3 - Skill Drills (timed segments; prep for final fantasy project)

Week 10 | AUGUST 10 - Final Projects

*please note: on rare occasion, it is possible that a special guest will teach in place of Lipsticknick.

PAYMENT:

In order to reserve your spot, you must pay the deposit in full ($1,000 plus processing fees). The balance can be paid in installments at the start of each class ($150/class plus processing fees) or in full.

If preferred to pay by cash or cashier's check, please notify us to arrange a payment plan for you. You must pay the full balance due in order to graduate. Unfortunately, no refunds are allowed.

ATTENDANCE:

In order to receive a Certificate of Completion, you MUST attend all 10 classes. If you miss a class, you will need to make it up before you can graduate.
