Postural Clinic: Heart Openers and Advanced Postures

Deepen your practice. Feel safe on your mat and in your postures. Correct your alignment and feel confident in your postures with this Asana Clinic.

During this 3 hour workshop we will explore asanas and make sure that you are performing these postures with alignment that is safe for your body. Practice makes permanent, and all of our bodies pick up habits that can contribute to an unsafe practice. Correct these habits and realign for a deeper yoga practice.
