This class will cover the basics of building a fitness routine after giving birth. It will help you understand the building blocks of getting back into shape and what you can do to feel your best and maximize your fitness. Among the topics we will cover:
This class is open to all levels of fitness and to those in any stage of motherhood - from those currently pregnant to those who delivered years ago. There will be plenty of time for questions, discussion and demonstration. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Please contact the organizer with any specific questions you may have.
