NPC/IFBB ladies! POSH 2020 will deliver a next-level experience to help you achieve your goals - get trustworthy info from industry leaders
It is my goal to deliver quality and trustworthy information to NPC/IFBB female competitors. I've worked to find the industry's leading experts and healthcare professionals to bring you the most up-to-date and trustworthy information to help you achieve your competition (and other) goals. During this event, you'll also be pampered with breakfast, lunch, snacks and refreshments--oh--and lots of water!
Each speaking session will be followed by Q&A open forum so that your questions can be raised immediately following the speaker's presentation.

Sandy Williamson, NPC, IFBB and Mr. Olympia Head Judge Topics will include: Info on new wellness division and how the new division directly affects bikini competitors, open and/or masters (which should you do), posing guidelines, competition suit cut, stage presentation-what do the judges expect to see at regionals and nationals and more!
Shyrlena Bogard, M.D., Ob-Gyn and NPC Fitness Competitor Topics will include: Hormones and HRT, thyroid dysfunction, recovery from and preventing metabolic damage, prescribed usage of anabolic steroids and testosterone.
Guest Speaker TBA (work in progress) Infusion Therapy. Topics will include: IV Infusion cocktails for endurance ,stress relief, focus, energy and immunity boosts.
Ryan Hinton, IFBB MP Pro, 2x Olympian and Prep Coach Topics will include: Are you coachable? Expectation and reality - a coaches perspective. How to succeed off prep/off season.
Jennifer Ronzitti, IFBB Bikini Pro, 2x Olympian and Bikini Posing Coach Topics will include: Her 2019 journey to the Mr. Olympia; the sacrifices and triumps of competing for your IFBB pro card and beyond.
Guest Speaker - TBA -Body Image and Body Dysmorphia Topics will include: The IG image vs. reality how to overcome social media's bombardment of beauties.
Guest Speaker - TBA - Aesthetics - Botox and Beyond. Topics will include: Implants, do you need them? How fillers can help with the "skeletor" look during prep
Guest Speaker - TBA - MUA - Topics will include: Stage presentation-The total package. Hair, makeup and tanning advice to best present your total "package"

Visit Vendor booths which will be set up with goodies and give-aways and some fun shopping too! Chair massages will be available as well.
POSH Mock - I encourage everyone to register AND participate in the mock competition. February is usally the beginning of some preps, so most of us will be thicker coming from "off" season/holidays. Feel free to wear your suit OR leggins and sports bra. The panel of judges will include IFBB Pros, Olympians and NPC/IFFB judges. So practice your routine and be opened to some constructive crituqe. You'll have the opportunity to chat with each judge for his/her review of your posing and presentation immediately following the mock competition.
Dr. Bogard explaining how stress can affect you during prep, how the thyroid works and what happens when it's not functioning properly. As a competitor, Dr. Bogard understands the impact of stress and pressure during hard preps, strict dieting and aggressive training.
She is an amazing speaker, who welcomes any and all questions.
