Pose + Play (FREE Yoga for parents while the kids play)

Take a moment to unwind from a long week and focus on your own self-care. Join Rowan Tree and Marni Sclaroff for Pose + Play. Join us at the park to do some free yoga, meet some wonderful women, and learn a bit more about the Rowan Tree community.
Family is a huge part of our lives and it’s important that we support local women so they can focus on themselves too. Please feel free to bring your kiddos along to join in the yoga or play on the nearby equipment. A babysitter will be available to keep an eye on the children while we relax, hold a few yoga poses, and get to know one another.
