We are taking over the upstairs viewing room at old salem farm during the spring show and setting up a pop up restaurant! Opening at 4 tuesday to Saturday this is one experience that you are not going to want to miss.

We are excited to be pairing up with David Santos in this venture we are sure that it will impress. Chef David Santos has been immersed in every aspect of food since a young age as the son of Portuguese immigrants. After excelling at baseball throughout high school, Santos turned to the culinary arts and graduated from Johnson & Wales University. He took his culinary training to the next level by working at New York’s renowned Bouley and Per Se, as well as at New Jersey’s most acclaimed restaurants Nicholas and The Ryland Inn. He then launched Um Segredo, a series of supper clubs hosted at his Roosevelt Island home, and later opened Louro in the West Village. He has been a guest chef at the Charleston Wine & Food Festival, Food Network New York City Wine & Food Festival, New Jersey Wine & Food Festival, Taste Talks, Indie Chefs Austin and more. He has also appeared on CNN, Fox TV’s Good Day New York, CBS New York, Heritage Radio and Vice TV.
