Poolside Yoga at The Met

Welcome to your weekly yoga class at The Metropolis Apartments with certified Yoga Instructor, Clint! Being mindful of the pandemic, yoga will be taking place poolside so we can enjoy this beautiful Austin weather together. (If it is rains, we'll socially distance in the community room)

Clint teaches a slow, relaxing hatha yoga. The class focuses on a gentle Yin style practice, deep stretching, and regulating the flow of energy in the body. All levels are welcome, especially beginners, and classes are always free.

Grab your mask, a water bottle, and a mat if you have one. (We have a few mats for you to use if not.)

Saturday at noon, we'll meet up poolside and socially distance, 6 ft apart, mats around the pool. Please rock the mask when moving about the area.
